This is before F.E. Olds and Sons of Fullerton, CA went out of business, and before Selmer U.S.A. purchased the Olds "harmony brass" tooling. I am nearly certain that the instrument you are seeking information about is an English-made Boosey & Hawkes/Besson stencil.
