Are you taking lessons? If so, what does your teacher think of your sound on the horn, and how does s/he think the horn plays? If you aren't taking lessons, it would be a good investment to find a local pro and take one lesson on the horn to see what s/he thinks. You also might take the horn you've been playing on in school as a reference to what you are comfortable with. The price doesn't sound bad at all, but I've never shopped for a BBb. How does it compare with new prices for the horn?
