In all respects I have found the PT4p to be the better horn for me. The tone is a lot darker and fuller than the 2145. The PT also has a bigger limit for pushing the sound(not reccomended). This is not to say that the 2145 is not a great horn, it is a great horn as well. I Just like my PT4p better.
