Nope -- I'm SURE Joe's friend is playing the Kazoosaphone, pitched in G#m7b5. But it's tough to tell a Kazoosaphone from a Flutasousaphone, which this could also be. I'm guessin' a whistle sort of mpc like a recorder, with a few open holes for pitch generation. But it's hard to tell, as I can't get a good look at the valve "cluster".
I'm quite interested to find out the answer . . . .
