I currently have a number of resumes depending on what job I'm applying for. Here is a link to a version of my resume just to give you an idea of what you may want to do with yours. It is important to include performance experience, schooling (degrees), teachers and master classes. A thing that I learned from my father is to make sure to put your instrument at the top so that personnel mangers don't accidently put your resume in a pile for another instrument. Usually orchestras aren't interested in work experience from Wal-mart, although it is a fantastic store.
You will probably want to write a cover letter as well that includes what position you are applying for and a little bit of information that may not be on your resume.
