Definitely five David Fedderly at Baltimore brass a call. He will work with you on the trade and with shipping as best he can. I also found him to be pretty straight forward when it came to how he liked each individual tuba in his stock.
Also, Mike Russo at the Brasswind has been very nice in my dealings with him.
