I have a basic rule of thumb in buying anything, if I don't know what it is I don't buy it. Have you ever heard of anyone who is a known authority on tubas or brass instruments in general talk about a Jiangbao? If not, maybe there's a good reason. I would suggest sticking to a good used horn, like a King, Conn, Yamaha, Miraphone, or Cerveny or trying the Weril.
