I 'inherited' a Strongboy wrench years ago, and in response to the Tubenet thread on strap wrenches, I thought I'd add my 2 cents worth.

I checked the net to see if it was still available and found it listed in the on line catalogue (so I assume it IS still available).

Further to that, I can't really say: only that it is the best thing I've found for the job, and this thread has prompted me to encourage my work (School of Instrumental Music...20 Brass teachers) to get a few.

It doesn't surprise me that you've had no answer from Zyliss. My experience is that a lot of companies get excited about having a 'web presence' but are lazy about manning it. Perhaps a local homeware store can put you in touch with their distributors.
