Tosee the differences graphically, just look at the fingering charts under 'Tips on playing' from the home page. All four of the common pitces are shown: BBb, CC, EEb, & F.

So next you ask: "Why?". To which the answer is: Read all the literature and see if you can find a better answer than: "some players think that different pitched tubas sound better, or are easier to play well, in different situations."
