My recommendations: For agressive bite that doesn't break up try Perentucci PT64. It allows rapid transitions and gives the 982 an edge when you get on it. The Sheridan PS 3 is also very good and about $50 cheaper. With not quite as hard an edge (sound wise) as the PT64, I much prefer it to the Wick's (which I used for 20+ years).
