Bending the tubing takes a lot of patience, and a little bit of competence. You'll have to fill the tubing with hard lead first, get rid of all air pockets in the lead, then heat and bend SLOWLY(very very very very very very slowly... this is where the patience comes in). He wrote a good article about basement horn building, which includes a paragraph or two about bending the tubing. Best of luck!
