Well, it all depends on what you are exposed to and what you mean by classical. If you are saturated in Mozart as a tot, you'll be good at math but a somewhat dull person on the outside, but quite wistful internally. If you are submerged in Tchaikovsky, you'll be a hopeless romantic and quite possibly suicidal. If you listen to Parch, you'll feel compelled to be an odd duck and forsake all conventions.

A test should be established along those lines. Take a set of quintuplets or something, and expose em all to different music, pretty much exclusively, until the age of 8 or 10 or so and see what the results are.
