I live in Europe and know two of Mr. Rosse's students are in the Lieksa Competition. His students always get into the ITEC Competitions, Markneukirschenn 2nd round at least eacg time. One of his students just won a good Opera Orchestra job in Berlin and I think the first foreign tubist to win a job in this country since Glidden. Another Rosse student was runner-up to Leonard Nord at Swedish Radio Orchestra audition this year, and both new tuba players in the Australian Air Force Band are both his students and one of his others students won the Arnold Jacobs Mock Audition at Northwestern in 1995 and then won Civic and New World Symphony in Florida...Anybody know how old Mr. Rosse is?
