The cadenza can be tricky. Jacob is fairly detailed with tempo markings and such, so you should be able to follow his instructions for a general idea. You should build up in momentum going to the high D and then let the energy recede as you come back down. Then the trills can accelerate againa nd slow back down on the decending 16th passages. Take your time when you go down into the pedal register. I would say to take your time and make a plan for the entire cadenza so it doesn't sound incoherent. Good luck!
