There are several differences. Past issues of the TUBA Journal had articles covering these as well. I have found that both the Oxford Press study score and especially the miniature score published by Eulenberg/Schott and sons to be very valuable. The Eulenberg score has preface material that talks about the differences and why they exist. The rental scores for orchestra and the band version by Robert Hare show these differences plus one additional set of bars in the cadenza of the third movement. I was surprised by these when playing and later conducting the work that these are still not resolved. The Oxford study score has the mistakes/questions that the newer (red cover) edition has while the Eulenberg score is both and explanations.
