You might want to try finding a job running back-up tapes and processing jobs. Many companies and banks perform these functions at night when any activity is minimal. I knew a cello player who did this one Summer for a local automotive OEM. She came into work at about 8:00 or 9:00 PM, started the necessary processes, and practiced while waiting for things to finish and then start the next process. Now again, that was 15 years ago, and most IT departments are more automated and require less "computer-operator" jobs. The pay was about $6, but for the late-eighties it wasn't bad for a low-stress, entry-level position.
