I agree with Mr. Bertolet, there are 16 of them! The Shostakovich are indefinitely out of print though(Volumes 14 & 15) but you may be able to copy one from a fellow student. If you're really desparate, you can buy original parts directly from Kalmus of Fountains of Rome, Nielsen Symphonies, and some others, but this is very expensive! Fountains of Rome-Respighi, Hindemith-Symphonic Metamorphosis, Holst-Planets, Gershwin-An American in Paris, are just a few of the staples that are not in the Torchinsky series due to copyright that you should try to get immediately when you get to school.
