What I think is ridiculous is the fact that all people who are in the competition at the convention have no idea what the prizes are! In addition to that...all competitors are lucky enough to attend the conference for $125. Wow, if I include all my entry fees for the competition, Im still paying more than the student early bird fee. This is a learning experience, but its also an international competion. Surely, ITEA has enough money to invite the competitors and at least let them know what they are competing for.
