You might be referring to the coverage that is available through Chamber Music America. They have a connection with Clarion Insurance Associates, based in New York. I get my coverage through them; the coverage is great and the rates are much better than anything else I've seen (three tubas, a bass guitar, a vintage tenor sax and some other stuff and my premium is something like $125 a year). They offer borrower's insurance and lots of other cool stuff. I highly recommend it!
