Just noticed that Yamaha has two ways to get to their brass instrument online catalog. The normal way, through the Yamaha homepage, doesn't take you through the band and orchestra homepage. Which is where you'll find Yamaha's list of discounted demo and B/C stock items. At the moment there is a YEP-642 euph and two YCB-822 CC tubas, as well as a YBH-621 British-style baritone horn.
I don't know if there are significant discounts to be had, but it's worth asking your dealer about if you're in the market for one of these instruments.
