I don't remember if I posted this reply to your previous post or not, but there is a piece called OPAS (I've called it OPUS before, but it's OPAS) that is basically orchestral management software. It can do a lot more that just catalog your sheet music, and it may not be exactly what you're looking for, but I feel that you should check it out just to see the features, interface, etc...several major symphony orchestras use it. I don't know who the software is by or how much it costs, but I've used it.
