The DVD is divided into chapters. Each chapter is a different excercise. It shows Pat and Sam working with a group of participants kind of like an exercise video. There is not an '8 minute abs' segment on the video that gives a complete run through that will do everything. Doing the whole video can be tiresome if you are not use to it. I highly recommend it though. cheers
