Well, since he "caved," it was obviously the latter. Tubists NEVER cave to anything.
Except the newest mouthpiece or valve oil. We're nuts about those. Okay, some of us even cave to spending everything just to get the horn we like. Maybe Bush #1 DID play tuba after all.
