I'm working in the Blazhevich and Bordogni books, and I can safely say that even if you've gone through them both and played most of the etudes into the ground (as I have), you can always do them better. I always go back and do the etudes again and again because I can concentrate on sound, articulation, etc... So don't give up on them, especially if you are just going into college. Also, call your teacher at the college you are going to and ask him/her what they want you to do.
