Brassed Off the movie will play on Bravo Television this Friday May 9 at 10:30 EST.
It's actually about the coal mine closings in the UK in the early '90's. The story of a local colliery band is the vehicle for the story and includes some fine acting by the lead actors and supurb playing by Grimethorpe Colliery UK Cole Band.
