I do the Bill Bell scale routine every day. This routine includes all twelve major scales, harmonic minor scales, chromatic scales, major, minor, augmented, subdominant, dominant seventh, and diminished seventh arpeggios, all in two octaves with differing articulations throughout. All of this in about 20 minutes.

A real workout. I highly recommend it.
