'Good' is a subjective label. By definition, the fact that more people are loyal to TUBENET DOES mean that other sites are not just as good.
If you want a more objective measure: more traffic means more chance of getting meaningful input, so the site with the most traffic can be judged the best. That's TubeNet!
Others may have some nice bells & whistles; perhaps there is a bit less moderator intervention elsewhere (or a little more, for those who prefer a more controlled environment); but right now, today, this is still the only tuba-related site I've found that I actually go to regularly. I'd say it's the best.
