The two classic mouthpieces for tuba are the Bach 18 and the Conn Helleberg. Both should be available at just about any music store. The Bach has a rounded rim and is a bit more comfortable, but the Helleberg with its more funnel shape makes it easier for me to produce a characteristic sound. It seems to me that when you are comfortable and proficient on one of these, then you'll know enough to start digging into more esoteric choices.

The 25 is a bit small, which may feel more comfortable for a tumpet player now but which may limit you in the future.
