Overall... sounds pretty good. Here's a few things I noticed:
Your low range gets pretty crass, it's a rather noticible contrast from your beautiful mid and upper range. I know it's tough to get a nice clean sound in the low register of the F tuba, but it is obtainable.
Tempo seemed a bit fast, in my opinion, I think you could play it more musically if it were slowed down a bit.
You seem to be a very technical player, that's good! But I would recommend trying to get a few lessons on the piece from some different pros. Every time I take that piece to a new teacher I always get a new prospective on a minute detail that really ends up making a big difference.
