I recently got a Kellyburg from mouthpiecewizard.com. I think that it is "perfect" for cold weather playing. I wish that I would have had it last year during tubachristmas season. The lexan material makes it very comfortable to play. I haven't got a chance to try an 18, so I can't compare on size. These mouthpieces would also be great for marching band.
