Even if such a book(s) exist, the band literature (unlike orchestral literature is - for practical purposes) is not "static". Compositions continue to be written (James Barnes, as an example) that are considered major works for wind ensemble.

All of that makes auditioning for bands a bit more "tricky" when it comes to "sight reading". Simply finding tuba parts to practice from lists possibly provided could also prove to be a challenge.
