If you want something that will really impress people, that's fun, and not too hard to play; I'd suggest Blackbird. There's a great arrangement out there that you might want to look at. It uses multiphonics and is written in a jazzy style. Anytime I've performed it, I've gotten tremendous results from the audience. I think you'd really enjoy playing it, and everyone would enjoy listening to it just as much. Just a suggestion.
