My question is, when did the twitching and note inaccuracy start? Is is related to a significant increase in time spent buzzing? If so, then I think I agree with the other poster who suggested more time on the horn -- I do think, however, that some work buzzing is a good thing. I try to stay away from making any comments on lip position etc. because (1) we can't actually see you play and (2) I believe that thinking too much about what the chops are doing can make things worse, not better. Hear the sound and pitch you want and let your body figure out how to get it done.
Also, what do you mean exactly by "twotching?" I'm not really sure I understand the symptom described.
