I know about a month ago, Kansas City Dances really lit up the BBS for a while. Many were wondering how to get it and stuff... Dr. Holsinger explained it to me. The company he originally published it with went under and it hasn't been in print since. He is talking of starting up (especially with my persausion) under a new company, but until then... if you happen to find a copy, hang on to it! It will be a while for it to come back out again.
