By the way, while we are at it - After considering Rick's earlier test to show how American horns sound with more overtones than European horns - how do tuba sections made up of both types of horns sound/function together? Say a Holton or Conn and a MW 25 or other very dark Germanic sounding horn. I never had the opportunity to play in a mixed section to see the effect.
