I was studying with Roger when he and Schilke got together and mace the 69C4. In essence, they are the same mouthpiece. Without actually taking measurements, I THINK the backbore on the Schilke is a bit larger. To complicate matters, Yamaha also makes a "C4" mouthpiece.
