I know of no solder that takes well to titanium (or magnesium, for that matter). The usual practice when soldering (not welding) to titanium is desired is to plate a layer of nickel on the titanium. If the joint isn't subject to a lot of stress so as to cause delamination of the nickel plating, this can work quite well.
