I did two presentations at TCU and can speak only about myself. There was a problem that you did not bring up that caused a few problems - no lunch break! On Saturday there were presentations by Pat Sheridan, Harvey Phillips and myself from 11 to 4. When my time came up, there was only one person in the hall - no way I was going to start, I waited about 15 minutes for the troops to assemble. What happened is that many took off after Mr Phillip's presentation to get lunch. Can't blame them but that caused the delay, it was my decision.
As far as unorganized presentations, it is up to the the individual to walk in the hall organized. If they do not have their stuff together it is their fault, not the hosts. Personally, I did not see any unorganized presentation.
