He is apparrantly very successful. I purchased a mouthpiece from the guy and he was great with advice and service. If he used smoke and mirrors he might be successful for a very short time. Word gets around when you're a big fish in a small pond. I'd say that people in the market for tubas are a small pond with a BBC site.
