There are a few factors that go into picking out what horn you should buy at this level because i'm at the exact same level as you.
First, do you own any other horns?
Second, are you an education, performance, composition, conducting, ect. major?
If you are peformance or composition I would get both a CC and F. Ir you already own that BBb i would get the F first. If not, then I would play on as many Fs and CCs that i couyld find and pick one that I like because it really doesn't matter which order you buy them in. Trust me.
If you are education or conducting I would just buy a CC. But that is just my opinion. I would buy a nice CC that has a reputation of doing great things (but you would also have to make those great things happen on that horn!!!!!).
There is a lot of thought (and money!!!) that has to go into making these decisions whether to buy or not buy a horn. When you sit down to play a horn you should know in the first minute or so whether it is going to be a good horn for you.
