This has also been my experience with Matt. He is very down to earth, a sweet guy and always gives honest opinions no matter what the situation is. He let's you know up front who he works's for and does not try to con anyone into buying a horn that will not suit them accordingly.
I remember my first encounter with Matt some 5 or 6 years ago. It was a very pleasant experience and my wife, then girlfriend, enjoyed him as well. I have since done business with him several times and sat down for acouple meals to talk about topics other than TUBAS!
My opinion for what it is worth!
