Ever wanted to visit NYC and maybe take in a Broadway Show or two? $200 a night in NYC sound like too much for a hotel room? Come visit us at Dillon Music in New Jersey and save money on the trip to NYC. Let me share with you how others have saved money. It may even be a write-off if you are a professional musician.

1) Fly into Newark, NJ's airport (EWR).
2) Let us give you a direct phone number where you can get a great room for $80-90 per night. See the first savings?
2a) Hotel will arrange to pick you up at the airport and take you to your room. YOu won't need a rental car. That's another savings of up to $50 over other hotels that don't offer that.
3) Hotel will take you to either the Rahway or Woodbridge train stations. You can get a round trip ticket for $10.50 and ride into NYC. Beats the trafic and paying $20 or more to park the car. Again, another savings.
4) Dillon Music is a 5 minute stroll from the Woodbridge Train Station. The Hotel van may even drop you off at our front door. Okay, this might cost you a $5 tip.
5) Play test the horns at Dillon Music. Have the one you picked out, shipped home for a possible savings in sales tax.(Individual states vary in requirement to report out of state purchases.) On Euphoniums and tubas, the shipping is almost always less than local sales tax.

The airfare will still cost you. But at a savings of $100 per day on your stay, this can add up to big savings. I can also tell you how to get Brodway show tickets for about half price. Okay, enough of a sales pitch. Matt
