Rick, you always remind me of stuff. Way back, years ago, when I did a stint on electric violin in a rock band....I got the adoring groupie routine. It is very non-plussing at best, and could bend someone's head at worst. Someone who craved that kind of attention, could go a long way the wrong way to either get it, keep it, or pretend they deserved it.
