To my knowledge, there is no such thing as a 'cheap cimbasso'. Rudolf Meinl, Max & Heinrich Thein, and Melton (Meinl Weston) all make fine cimbassi, and Mirafone probably does also, but expect to pay as much as a good F tuba would cost.
