I just took a lesson with Dave Fedderly and he had the horn there in his home studio (along with a bunch of other ones.) I didn't try it myself, but he told me that it is the horn that he now uses in the symphony. I got the impression that Getzen has decided not to produce it (at least for now) and Dave is not interested in selling the prototype because he probably can't get another one!
So my advice is:
1) Call or email Dave and verify what I've said. We talked about a lot of different horns and I don't want to give false info. He's the man to talk to about this horn.
2) If what I remember is true - keep looking because you aren't going to be able to buy one anyway!
