I play a CB50. It's a GREAT CC horn, and i absolutely love it. The BBb attachment is just an alternate slide for the 5th valve. When I was first learning CC fingerings, I would use it as kind of a "panic button" for difficult passages until I became comfortable enough with CC fingerings to not need it. I've found that it gets pretty stuffy and unresposive when playing exclusively with the horn in BBb, however. As a CC horn, I couldn't be happier with it, but if you want a BBb horn, I don't think this would be the best choice.
