He can build a foam lined custom case from your specifications -- you can trace around the outside edge of the horn and have the high-density foam cut to fit -- or just get 2-inch foam all the way around and ask for extra foam blocks so that you can customize it yourself, even adding your own liner. Don't forget space for your mouthpiece and oil!
I would recommend black 5/16-inch ABS with recessed latches and handles, and rounded corners. Buy your own wheels at Sears.
