I have a DEG hard case that I purchased for my Cerveny 693 BBb a few years ago. It is in really good shape, both inside and out. It is a wood case covered with black paper and only a few nicks in that paper. I also used it with smaller tubas inside their gig bags to offer a little more protection. It does not offer as much protection as a flight case but it is better than nothing at all. Email me for more info. Chris
