That wouldn't really matter as loans for tubas aren't normally considered "secured" loans. Some things that are purchased with borrowed money such as cars, houses and boats are used as collateral against the loan itself and have spawned an entirely new concept known as the "repo" industry when the loans are defaulted against. An unsecured loan through a store or finance company is generally the same as if a credit card were used - the buyer is the screwer and the creditor is the screwee if it doesn't get paid back...
