That number must be the serial number, not the model number. Miraphone generally makes good quality instruments, but the playing characteristics of each one are different. Listen to Rick's advice above and don't buy anything until you know exactly what it is, what it's price new would be, and you talk to a pro/your instructor about horns in general and this horn in particular. You don't want to make a $5000 mistake.
